5Rhythms has often been described primarily as movement, meditation or dance. While none of these descriptions are wrong, they are incomplete. 5Rhythms is not dance in itself; dance is used as a pointer into an essence that most spiritual traditions, in different ways, are pointing toward. It is not the method or the modality that matters in itself. And yet, here lies the paradox: the more we surrender to the form and the simplicity of the practice, the more likely it is that we will encounter what the practice points to.

We understand 5Rhythms as a complete spiritual cosmology; rooted in a lineage, articulated through a clear map and practiced through movement.
Transpersonal rather than self-centered, communal rather than individualistic.

We live in a time that longs for meaning yet repeatedly chooses distraction, as the mind seeks complexity to avoid stillness. Through surrender and simplicity, the 5Rhythms offers a doorway to presence and participation in life as it is. Rather than withdrawing from life in search of peace or center, this practice invites engagement, where meaning and fulfillment arise through participation, responsibility and the impact we have in the living world.

This workshop is an offering for those who wish to deepen their relationship to the Practice, the Tradition, and the Cosmology of 5Rhythms.

Cancellation Policy

If a participants cancel their registration up till 4 weeks before the event, they will receive a full refund minus a 60 € administration fee.

3 weeks before event minus a 50 % processing fee.

2 week before refund is subject to participant replacement. If a replacement is registered, participant will receive a refund minus a 25% processing fee.

If a participant does not show up for the workshop, their registration payment will not be refunded.
