– We
endeavour by release to loosen the grip of our predictable
mind loops so we might break free of the repetitive scripts
that keep us trapped in a very limited version of who really
are. The freedom we reclaim through this allows us to fall
back into the vastness which is our true nature. We escape
the disconnect that so often traps us in a sense of
separateness, finding ourselves again as being an integral
part of nature, Life and Truth.
We dance, we move, we make more and more
friendship with this physical heart-full body that is our
best friend and life companion.
Rooted like this we are more able to move peacefully in the
world with gratitude, maturity, generosity and Presence.

 Co-director of Moves Into Consciousness and has been working
with the 5Rhythms for the last 20 years. He has extensive
experience of teaching in 20 different countries, leading
workshops underpinned by his desire to create the conditions
that make intentional change, fuelled by the heart’s innate
intelligence, possible.
Alain was accredited by Gabrielle Roth to teach the 5Rhythms
at Waves,Heartbeat and Mirrors levels.

Participants are required to have at least 1 workshop with
Alain and/or Annette and/or Jan of
instructed 5Rhythms® practice
All workshop hours contribute to 5Rhythms® teachers training
prerequisites.
