5Rhythms® Waves
The Practice, the Tradition
and the Cosmology
Waves is at once the most fundamental and the most advanced
of the 5Rhythms. Movement in an uncensored natural continuum is
the path towards healing, growth and transformation. Shamans had
dance and ecstasy as the climax of every ceremony for thousands
of years. The 5Rhythms is created out of this tradition. Contain
elements from shamanism, eastern philosophy and inspired by
transpersonal psychology.
The work, the method and
the meditation -
An invitation to
- free the body
- express the heart
- empty the mind
- awaken the soul
- embody spirit.
Ritual form of ecstatic
dance, workout for body and soul, movement meditation &
spiritual practice. Waves is the study of the practce:
Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness.
The 5Rhythms Waves.
- FLOWING awakens the
natural fluidity of the body and moves with softness.
- STACCATO is expressing
focused and heartfelt where we dare to see, be seen and
to be fascinated.
- CHAOS throws us into
being total, intuitive, free and liberates from
identifications.
- LYRICAL opens for unity
and the energy we can hold and create together.
- STILLNESS is to allow
awareness of unlimited space and the vibrant feeling of
aliveness and of life it self.
Annette & Jan
Has been a couple
for 35 years and both completed 5Rhythms® Teacher Training
with Gabrielle Roth in USA in 2005 and are both trained
Heartbeat teachers.
The 5Rhythms has not only been their personal path, but also
their professional life for the last 18 years.
They’ve both assisted on the 5R teacher training and are
board members of the 5Rhythms® Reach Out (5RRO).

Cultural Studies & Art at Uni. Hildesheim, Body therapist
and goldsmith.
12 years with the 5Rhythms in rehabilitation, at Aarhus Uni.
Hospital and participated in several research projects about
cancer and movement. Last 7 years also worked with
mentally vulnerable and people with eating- and self-harm
disorders.
Paints pictures and do research in art and ritual theater as
a therapeutic tool.

Redsted
5Rhythms Waves
(2005) & Heartbeat Teacher, Psychotherapist and Diploma in
Psychiatry. Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider
(PATP) at Integrative Psychiatry Institute (USA)
Assisted Jonathan Horan on Mirrors and Naked Soul since
2016. Practiced the 5 Rhythms since 1998.
Also 6 years with: "Men and cancer" in The Danish Cancer
Assosiation. Born and raised in Vejle.

Prerequisite:
We recommend that you
have worked with several certified 5Rhythms teachers and
participated in at least one of our waves evenings or workshops.
The workshop counts as the required Waves (2 Days) workshop for 5Rhythms Teachers Training

Cancellation Policy
If a participants cancel their registration up till 4 weeks
before the event, they will receive a full refund minus a
60€ administration fee.
3 weeks before event minus a 50 % processing fee.
2 week before refund is subject to participant replacement.
If a replacement is registered, participant will receive a
refund minus a 25% processing fee.
If a participant does not show up for the workshop, their
registration payment will not be refunded.
