Mirrors is an
initiation into the world beyond self-importance - into the art
of seeing.
In the 5Rhythms practice, we are invited to constantly moving
into the most spontaneous, energetic, expansive qualities of
being.
In
the Mirrors level of the practice, we are dedicating time and
space to identify the relentless loop of own favorite masks and
reinventing ourselves effortlessly. Witnessing own drama, its
roots and rituals. We enter the crowd of characters that
dominate our stage whether servant or star, doormat or dreamer,
realist or rebel, mystic or manipulator—all self-important
divas, and begin to watch them, let them out so the funky,
fiery, free-spirit we all in essence are can . Sometimes we have
to stop the world and wonder: which part of me is using my
hands, my feet, my eyes, my ears, and most importantly my mouth
today?
We all know what it feels like to get stuck, to lose our groove,
to get trapped in our heads and cut off from our hearts Seeking
the answer within awakens the witness and learning to witness
our own melodrama is our saving grace.

Prerequisites:
Participants are required to have
Heartbeat and Cycles and or / Medicine Dance.
All workshop hours contribute to 5Rhythms® teachers training
prerequisites.

Cancellation Policy
If a participants cancel their registration up till 4 weeks
before the event, they will receive a full refund minus a
60€ administration fee.
3 weeks before event minus a 50 % processing fee.
2 week before refund is subject to participant replacement.
If a replacement is registered, participant will receive a
refund minus a 25% processing fee.
If a participant does not show up for the workshop, their
registration payment will not be refunded.
