Mirrors is an initiation into the world beyond self-importance - into the art of seeing.

In the 5Rhythms practice, we are invited to constantly moving into the most spontaneous, energetic, expansive qualities of being.

A 5Rhythms® Mirrors Workshop is the unveiling of the battle between the ego and our most soulful self

Mirrors level work is the most advanced and challenging investigation of the 5Rhythms practice, where we are invited to dedicate time and space to identify the relentless loop of own favorite masks and reinventing ourselves effortlessly.

Witnessing own drama, its roots and rituals
We become archeologists and dig through our own ruins of the mind, anthropologists who curiously step back and study our own rituals.

Together we peel back layers, make muscles pray, empty out emotions, lay down masks, learn to see the humor in our egos and dance til we disappear. A way out of the mindless into the mindful.

"By Going out of our minds we come to our senses"

We enter the crowd of characters that dominate our stage whether servant or star, doormat or dreamer, realist or rebel, mystic or manipulator—all self-important divas, and begin to watch them, let them out so the funky, fiery, free-spirit we all in essence are.

Sometimes we have to stop the world and wonder: which part of me is using my hands, my feet, my eyes, my ears, and most importantly what I say today?

The Focus: taking responsibility for our actions and reactions.

The Outcome: Knowing who we are and who we are not is a major contribution to a better world.

- your journal, something to write
- a towel, if you sweat a lot
