A Mirrors level
workshop founded in the 5Rhythms movement practice
This work is a variation, inspired by the methodology that
was once an integral part of the 5Rhythms, known as
OpenFloor Work, and later referred to as Perspectives.
While the work evolved with Andrea's departure from the
5Rhythms, continuing under Alain Allard as 'Perspectives,'
the variation I offer is distinct in its focus, philosophy,
and methods.
It emphasizes a spiritual, collective approach, rooted in
indigenous traditions rather than a therapeutic,
individualistic, or Western framework.
This practice operates within circles, creating a shared
space for all, rather than addressing an audience. It
operates within circles, emphasizing shared experience
rather than a performer/audience dynamic.
The person in the middle of the circle is in service to the
collective process, rather than working on themselves
individually. The group is within a field that is both
created and affected by the energy of everyone in the
circle.
Rather than seeking solutions, healing, or redemption in the
individual, the focus is on achieving harmony within the
collective field.
This field can be felt, moving something in all participants
simultaneously. - a space where all can feel and take part
of its movement and its transformative power.
This practice is ritual rather than medicine. The circle
represents what comes close to the concept of 'dual aspect
monism,' where life is a paradox: everything is in constant
movement, nothing is fixed or permanent, yet there is an
essence and core that remains unchanged.
Indigenous traditions speak of us as “double beings.” One
part is separated, threatened, and in competition with
everything and everyone, while the other part is in harmony,
unified, and one with everything and everyone.
This paradox is mirrored in the symbol of the medicine
wheel… a constant motion, where the wheel turns, yet the
center remains still. In this work, the Circle of movement
continues, but it is grounded in a center that reflects
stillness and unity. We are simultaneously both and yet one.
Come together to witness and hold space for our shared
humanity.

Psychiatry. Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider
(PATP) at Integrative Psychiatry Institute (USA)
Assisted Jonathan Horan on Mirrors and Naked Soul since
2016.
Assisted on the 5R teacher training,
board member of the 5Rhythms® Reach Out (5RRO). Practiced the 5 Rhythms since 1998.
Also 6 years with:
"Men and cancer" in The Danish Cancer Assosiation. Born and
raised in Vejle.

You have been taught by different certified 5Rhythms teachers
and participated in at least 1 of our workshops
The workshop counts as required 5 days Mirrors level Work Rhyth
& Repetition for the 5Rhythms Teachers Training
Price:
Early bird: 3300 DKK 450 € -
Full Price: 3900 DKK - 530 €

Lunch with Vegetarian Soup and bread incl.
We have limited spaces and registration is valid with the
date of payment!
The registrations will be considered in the order of the
incoming payment.
15 % discount of the Early bird
price for Teachers that are members of 5RTA
Cancellation Policy
If a participants cancel their registration up till 4 weeks
before the event, they will receive a full refund minus a
60€ administration fee.
3 weeks before event minus a 50 % processing fee.
2 week before refund is subject to participant replacement.
If a replacement is registered, participant will receive a
refund minus a 25% processing fee.
If a participant does not show up for the workshop, their
registration payment will not be refunded.
